Photochroms - Algeria

"Photochroms" appear to be colorized photolithographs. The collection available at Library of Congress is full of interesting photos taken all over the world. As with all my postings, I have edited the originals for color balance (there is only so much I can do with these; the color is still very artificial looking). If you explore the LoC collection (which I recommend) you will see most of them are landscape or scenery shots; I have a bias for pictures with people in them, so I have focused on those.
